Sony HES-V1000 Home Entertainment Server Now Shipping
Sony’s new HES-V1000 Home Entertainment Server comes with a 200-disc Blu-ray Disc changer and a 500GB hard-drive. That’s enough music and movies to keep most people happy for quite some time. The unit will set you back $3,500 and cost an additional $5,000 to fill that 200-disc Blu-ray changer going by the typical Blu-ray movie price of $25.
The Sony HES-V1000 starts shipping today for those who have already chosen sides in the Blu-ray vs. HD DVD battle.
