Verity Audio Unveils Their High-End Sarastro II Loudspeakers
Verity Audio is extending their high-end speaker offerings with a new set of speakers, the Sarastro II’s.The Sarastro II speakers will have an excellent frequency response of 20Hz to 60kHz with a 93dB/W/m sensitivity.
Verity has gotten pretty ambitious with their power handling specs as well, claiming the capacity in power handling ranging from 18 watts all the way to unlimited.
Although with the $40,000 per pair price tag, words like infinite and unlimited ought to be present in the technical specs.
Verity also decided to use all their own equipment, using an aluminum foil ribbon tweeter, an 11-inch woofer, and a 6-inch mid-range which are all made by Verity.
All things considered, this does actually appear to be a very solid speaker, with pleasing somewhat nouveau aesthetics and some very impressive specs.
