RTcom has recently released a very interesting HDMI switcher, which represents a significant upgrade over their previous offerings.
The HDS-41Rv13 HDMI switcher contains the standard 4 HDMI connections that many switchers use, but RTcom has upgraded from their previous models in several ways.
The biggest upgrade is the move to HDMI 1.3 support.
In addition, RTcom’s HDMI switcher can now support Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio streams and 36-bit Deep Color.
The signal amplification also allows up to 50 feet of cable extension for those particularly troublesome setups. The RTcom HDS-41Rv13 HDMI switcher is available now for a price of around $200.
