16 August 2007 – Sansa Conect, also previously known as the YPOd, will have $100 shaved off its retail price to get kids to buy one. Sansa Connect integrates with Yahoo! Music and has been touted as an iPod killer. It’s a promising, music centric device with a special focus on internet radio integration, in Sansa Connect’s case Yahoo LAUNCHcast. Now retailing for $149 plus the monthly $15 unlimited WiFi downloads from Yahoo! Music.
